These stylish low profile caps feature "US WINGS" and "86" (for 1986, the year US Wings was established) in raised lettering on the front for a simple, bold statement. Adjustable rear strap for a custom fit; one size fits all. Colors: navy blue, stone, burnt orange, light olive, nickel, scotland blue, chocolate brown, two-tone army green/white (with mesh rear), black, red, dark pink or light pink.
Note: All caps except navy blue, white/green, dark pink & light pink feature a washed shell & a lightly frayed pre-distressed treatment for that "vintage" look. Navy blue, white/green, dark pink & light pink caps are standard; they are NOT washed or pre-distressed.

Quality + Value: Our US Wings Current Issue A-2 is based on the latest USAF A-2 pattern (which is an update of the "second generation" A-2s issued in 1987). Although it features a number of functional & comfort upgrades, this jacket is still unmistakably an A-2, a classic jacket originally adopted by the USAAF back in 1931.
The current issue pattern includes side-entry handwarmer pockets (the first military-issue A-2 to include this as a standard feature), two inside wallet pockets, an interior double slotted pen/pencil pocket, and side panels for a more comfortable fit. Other features include a premium dark brown goatskin shell, two front snap-flapped cargo pockets, a snap-down collar (which secures the collar against prop or jet wash — or just a strong wind), an exterior windflap that conceals the solid antiqued brass zipper beneath it, a one piece back, knit cuffs & waistband, shoulder epaulets, and a poly-twill lining.
Don't let the low price fool you — this is truly an outstanding A-2 jacket in every way! Compare the quality & price of this jacket with similar "current issue" A-2s sold by others for $225-$350.

It features a shell made from ultra luxurious & lightweight New Zealand lambskin, a truly upscale leather that is noticeably lighter than goatskin and considerably lighter than cowhide. You really must wear this jacket to fully appreciate just how supple and lightweight the leather is! However, it still retains all the classic A-2 features, including a snap-down collar, throat latch, two front cargo pockets with side-entry handwarmers, one interior pocket, a windflap over an antiqued brass zipper, shoulder epaulets, knit cuffs & waistband, and a silky nylon lining. It's the ideal warm weather jacket, or layer it over a sweater when the temperature turns chilly. Goatskin B-15 Jacket

 Our Signature Series™ B-15 is a remake of a classic flight jacket, recreated in beautiful goatskin leather! The B-15 was derived from the B-10, which was developed for the USAAF in 1943 (the B-10 was the AAF's first cloth jacket and was meant to replace the venerable A-2). The B-15 was introduced in 1944 (initially in cloth during WWII, then later in nylon after the war) and saw service with the USAF until the early 1950s when it was replaced by the MA-1. Having transitioned from the WWII era into the '50s, the B-15 was the first of the USAF's modern "jet age" nylon flight jackets. These jackets were sleek, lightweight, warm and ideally suited to fulfill the demands required by the new era of jet flight.
We've taken the ultimate version of this jacket, the B-15D, and upgraded it with soft & supple premium goatskin leather! Authentic details include the oxygen mask retention tab on the left chest, a pair of radio headset cord tabs, two unflapped snap-closure front pockets, pen-pencil pocket on the left sleeve, one interior pocket, removable synthetic mouton fur collar (with standard leather collar underneath), knit cuffs & waistband, and 100% nylon lining. To make this jacket even more versatile, we've included a zip-in/out Thinsulate liner for added warmth when the temperature drops, making this a true three season jacket!
Our Goatskin B-15 is a classic flyer's jacket at heart so it's perfectly suited for high altitude wear, but its luxurious leather construction gives it a degree of sophistication not found in a typical nylon flight jacket.
